Each AVIDTracker is sent to you with a single User ID for accessing the web portal AVIDdashboard. You have the ability to create as many additional ID's as you wish.  Example of User Creation
A new AVIDTracker user can be created simply by filling in the information on the Users Screen and saving. From the Users screen you can add GUI widgets to be displayed on the main screen for the user or allow them to make those changes themselves. There are various security levels available for you to determine what privileges each user should have.
All of your AVIDTrackers will be assigned to an Organization, this is just another name for company or a family, so that the users you create only have access to your AVIDTrackers.
