Grouping Vehicles or Equipment for Viewing
Many of the tracking software solutions today require you to visit multiple screens to view or track your vehicles. With AVIDdashboard you can group your fleet anyway you like. You can specify different views depending on how you want to view the information reported. A specific vehicle can even be assigned to multiple groups. This option is really useful for generating reports or charts from AVIDdashboard, not to mention being able to track all your equipment from a single screen.
 Example of Creating Lists
Our example shows the creation of a list with just two vehicles to be grouped together. Imagine if you will the case where the company has over fifty vehicles. This feature becomes even more important. As an administrator of this size fleet you could group the vehicles by departments, graphical locations or even by dispatcher responsible. Once a view list has been created users are then given authority to the list and they can see all the information associated with those vehicles.
