Now you can be certain your tracking device is operating as expected. Know if the device has been unplugged or out of range for an extended period of time. AVIDdashboard not only keeps track of all information being sent from the AVIDTracker, it knows when the unit has not reported in.

How does this work? As a user you can create an AWOL alert and specify the time frame you want to check. With the same functionality as Alerts and Alarms this special type of alert will trigger if the AVIDTracker has not reported in within that time frame. Now you can be sure your teen is not disabling the device that is meant to protect them, or if the device has not been returned to the port after being accessed by the car dealer or inspection station.
