Your main page displayed after you securely log in, provides a quick view of all the information that is most important to you. Widgets show a graphical view of specific data and can be customized specifically for your needs. The map displays the last point sent from your AVIDTracker(s).
 Create Your Own Alerts and Alarms
With AVIDdashboard you pick the values received from the AVIDTracker that you want notification for. You specify who will receive the notifications, and what type of notification to send (text message, or email). The built-in scheduling tool allows you to schedule different personnel to receive alerts for different days of the week or hours of the day.
 Reports and Charts
Any data received from AVIDTrackers can be presented in either Report or Chart format. Use filters to gather specific data you need for reporting. Handy reports such as miles traveled, idle time, or speed can be generated in minutes from AVIDdashboard. Take the information a step farther by clicking on the Chart button and instantly the information is presented in any one of 4 chart formats. Need to use the data in another application? No problem with AVIDdashboard, you simply click on the extract button and the data is saved to a CSV file and ready to import into other applications such as databases or spreadsheets. Sending Alerts Is as
Easy as 1, 2, 3
1.) Create a directive (SMS, Email) by assigning a name such as Work Day Staff, enter the cell phone or email information into the list.
2.) Define the alert trigger by specifying the parameters on the screen (such as mph exceeded).
3.) Finally you can group them all together to create an alarm which will be displayed on your tracking and monitor screens.
