Other Options Available For Temperature

Our wireless temperature sensors can be placed in any type of environment, from refrigerated trucks or containers (Reefers) to medical facilities. Utilizing our three tier solution we can provide constant temperature readings to the backend system. The user can determine temperature range for instant notification of out-of-boundary conditions. In the case of a Reefer the driver can be instantly notified of a rise in temperature so that action can be taken to save the cargo.

How the Solutions Work

  • The central controller (AVIDdirector) will receive information from sensors located within 600 feet
  • Temperature sensors are placed in the area to be monitored
  • The sensors collect information and transmit to the controller
  • Controller sends information to the backend system (AVIDdashboard or other)
  • The backend system is used for monitoring, control and alerting
